She is know as Hotaru, a weak younge women, Mistress Nine an evil and powerfuly evil women, And also know as Sailor Saturn, As Sailor Saturn she is known to be the Sailor Scout of Dystortion. Her powers If used for the good benifet all, But if used for evil She can reduce planets to Solar dust. As he normal self Hotaru is very very freandly and chearful, Often lead astray by her freandlyness. As Mistress Nine she is confendent, and demands respect. As her Sailor Scout She is Regale, a powerful foe, and friend. She will try to help other and fights evil in her SS form.

Personality:
Depending on her form she is in;
Her true form as Hotaru she is very nice and caring.
Her mean Mistress Nine form she is volent and not caring for others, More likly once this side finds out about the powers of the swamp it may become a pred.
In her Sailor Saturm form she is very helpful and will fight evil eacfh time she spots it. No matter what she will fight the evils of the world.
